Congratulations to our Mock Trial gold team for winning their match against Ridley High School's Team 3. With the win, the gold team joins the white team in advancing to the District playoffs next week! Special recognition goes to Grace Brazunas for winning best attorney and Kara Maddox for winning best witness.
Congratulations are also in order for our blue team; they put forth an excellent effort against Ridley High School's Team 1. Special recognition goes to Bella Privitera for winning best attorney and Kaitlyn Grose for winning best witness.
"Expanding from the normal two full teams to three full teams has allowed more stars to shine and discover new talents and increased confidence," shared faculty member and co-moderator Suzanne Corey Walker '99. "A great majority of the students are either new to Mock Trial entirely or playing a new role of attorney, which presents a unique skill set of speaking extemporaneously."
